The Simple Test Manifold has a Needle Valve as a Block Valve in case a inspector requires to disconnect the test hose.
And just one connection to mount a Pressure Gauge.
This manifold doesn't enables you to connect a Pressure Recorder.

This manifold doesn't come with a Pressure Gauge.

Vacuum Manifold

The Vacuum Manifold has a Ball Valve as a Block Valve to Shut-off the Vaccum Pump and remain the vacuum in your object.

Consists of:
- 1x BVSM-8N-1-1 - 1/2" NPT Ball Valve - female x female
- 1x DN-8N-SS-15K - Double Nipple 1/2" NPT Male
- 1x VN-8N-8G-SS-15K - Adapter 1/2" NPT male x 1/2" BSP male, 60 degree cone

Vacuum / Fill Selector Manifold
Maximum Cold working pressure 115 PSI / 8 bar
Stainless Steel AISI 316 & Brass

Object connection : 1/2"BSP female swivel, 60 degree cone and o-ring
Vacuum Hose Connection : 1/2"BSP male, 60 degree cone
Water Supply Connection : GEKA

The Vacuum / Fill Selector Manifold has a 3-way Ball Valve as a Selector Valve to connect your Test Object with the Vaccum Pump, by switching the Selector Valve to the Vaccum Connection and when vacuum is reached you can switch the Selector Valve to your Water Supply Connection to fill your Test Object.

Consists of:
- 1x BVSM-8N-3-6 - 1/2" NPT 3-Way Ball Valve - female
- 1x RED-8N-4N-SS-15K - Reducer 1/2" NPT male x 1/4" NPT female
- 1x RED-8G-4N-SS-10K - Adapter 1/2" BSP female with 60 degree cone and o-ring x 1/4" NPT Male

Injection Manifold

The Injection Manifold has a Needle Valve as a Choke Valve to adjust the injection rate.
And a Check Valve to block the possibility of back flow.

Consists of:
- 1x VSM-8N-1-1 - 1/2" NPT Straight Neelde Valve - female x female
- 1x CV-8N-FF-SS-10K - 1/2" NPT Check Valve
- 2x DN-8N-SS-15K - Double Nipple 1/2" NPT Male
- 1x VN-8N-8G-SS-15K - Adapter 1/2" NPT male x 1/2" BSP male, 60 degree cone
